Challenge Details

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
You’ll need a mat, dumbbells and/or kettlebells. Water bottle and hand towel too. Resistance bands and skipping rope are optional.

STRETCH & MOBILITY SESSIONS
Every week there will be stretch and mobility workouts to help loosen up your muscles and joints, and improve flexibility.

RECORDED WORKOUT SESSIONS
All lives will be saved as IGTV video. Workouts from previous bootcamps will stay on the page. Some pre-recorded videos will also be uploaded to the private Instagram page.

LIVES AND CHIT-CHATS
Expect fun, informational and interactive Instagram Lives and Zoom sessions to benefit you and bring our community closer.
